Kursinhalte
- To learn the fundamental requirements that research shows are necessary for virtual global teams i.e. teams that are not meeting face to face, to be successful
- To examine strategies and designs for how these necessary requirements can be met by all members of the virtual team at the earliest opportunity in the life of the virtual team
- To make the expectations of the different cultures within the virtual global team explicit, and to learn how best to respond to them
- To understand the dynamics of virtual global teams, and how they differ in operation from typical face-to-face teams
- To practice new communications' behaviours and technologies such as video-conferencing that so as to maximise the communication between the team members
- To examine the role, obligations and the contribution of the leader and how these can impact the dynamics of the virtual global team

Das Seminar verbindet Dozentenvortrag, Video-Input, Rollenspiele, Diskussion und Analyse kritischer Situationen.
