Kursinhalte
- Understanding British culture, traditions and work practices
- British attitudes to work and how these compare with other cultures
- British cultural expectations of others in the workplace and how these can be best met by people from other cultures
- Understanding British communication, uncluding their use of English, the use of humour, and the role of irony and word-play
- Optimal methods of clarifying responsibilities, actions and expected outcomes, and effective processes for follow-up with British colleagues

Das Seminar verbindet Dozentenvortrag, Video-Input, Rollenspiele, Diskussion und Analyse kritischer Situationen.
