Using your real life situations you will have the opportunity to negotiate and receive feedback on the effectiveness of your style. You’ll learn to think in terms of cause & implications and remain open minded in your approach. Through task oriented thinking you’ll learn how to follow the ideas and challenges of your negotiation partners through to a mutually agreeable outcome.
