Kursinhalte
- To build upon participants' understanding of team working and collaboration within a mono-cultural environment so that they can successfully work within a multicultural team.
- To examine how different cultures expect team members to behave when working within a multicultural team.
- To develop the ability to use new behaviours and other styles of team working so that you can collaborate in teams different from your past experience.
- To practice new communications behaviours that help team members who are non-native speakers of the working language to participate effectively within the team.
- To develop awareness of how other cultures resolve conflicts and to role-play using some of these methods in resolving conflicts within a multicultural team.
- To integrate the workshop learning by participating in a simulation of a multicultural team solving a business problem.

Das Seminar verbindet Dozentenvortrag, Video-Input, Rollenspiele, Diskussion und Analyse kritischer Situationen.
