In this course you’ll identify the successive stages you and others go through when faced with change. You will understand how you and your team respond to change events such as mergers and downsizing along with identifying the steps to take to move ahead productively.
This will enable you to be clear of the areas you need to take control of and those to let go of, in order to maintain a positive outlook during major change events.
