Registration
Registration is conditional upon receipt of a registration form/contract together with a deposit of at least €100 per course per person. The remainder of the fees is payable at the start of the course. Individual arrangements apply for company customers.
Payment
Payment may be made via bank transfer or cash. Bank fees are the responsibility of the customer. Group courses running over a period of months must generally be paid for in advance.
Groups
Classes not attended cannot be reimbursed or made up. Company Customers Classes which can be demonstrated to have taken place during a month will be invoiced at the end of the month.

Cancellation of Classes
Individual training or company groups may be cancelled with 24 hours' notice, otherwise they will be invoiced as usual. Monday classes must be cancelled by 12.00 noon on Friday. Individual arrangements between the trainer and students may only be made with the approval of the school. Packages of individual classes must be used within 12 months of the date of booking. Fees paid for individual training will not generally be refunded.
Pricing
The fees found in brochures and the Registration Form apply to number of units (1 unit = 45 minutes), not weeks or months. Public holidays are not
charged.
Cancellation of Courses by Fokus
German Intensive Courses: require 4 registrations. In the case of there being fewer than 4 registrations, the course will be cancelled and tuition fees will be refunded. Alternatively, 4 day per week courses can take the following forms:
a) reduced units:
3 students, 43 units/ 2 students, 26 units
b) increased price:
3 students, €395/ 2 students, €595
Corresponding changes to unit numbers or fees apply for 5 day per week
courses with insufficient registrations
Groups: require 2 registrations. In the case of there being fewer than 2 registrations, the course will be cancelled and tuition fees will be refunded. Alternatively, it may be agreed to double the fees or halve the number of units.
Company Courses: the school reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the customer makes significant changes to the arrangements or conditions originally agreed upon.
Liability
The school is not liable for lost property. Students are responsible for their own health, accident and personal liability insurance.
The Court of Jurisdiction of this contract is Munich.
In signing this contract, the student/customer agrees to pay the fees and materials charges for any courses he/she has registered for and declares him/herself in agreement with the conditions of the school detailed above.
